Cappella of Grand Junction has earned the World’s Best Culture Certification from Drive Culture Outcomes for 2026. Here at Cappella of Grand Junction, we have made a commitment to establish a workplace culture where employees can thrive. Earning this distinction reflects our dedication to creating a workplace where team members feel valued, engaged, and connected to a shared purpose.
What Is The World’s Best Culture Certification?
The World’s Best Culture Certification honors senior living communities and healthcare organizations that demonstrate a strong workplace culture. It’s awarded each year by Drive Culture Outcomes, a consulting firm that helps organizations create more engaged and values-driven workplaces.
At Drive, they believe that great care and a great community start with employees who are passionate about their work and who find meaning in what they do every day. The certification is based on the Culture Values Assessment, a workplace culture assessment developed by Barrett Values Centre.
This established assessment is used to evaluate the quality of workplace culture. Organizations like Volvo, Coca-Cola, Prudential, and Mastercard have utilized it over the years to better understand and strengthen their workplace environment. With more than 25 years of data and four million assessments in its database, Barrett Values Centre provides a powerful benchmark for measuring organizational performance and employee engagement.
“Receiving the World’s Best Culture Award is a remarkable achievement that reflects our commitment to creating an exceptional workplace where team members feel valued, supported, and empowered. For Cappella Grand Junction, this recognition highlights the dedication of our staff, whose passion and teamwork directly enhance the lives of the residents and families we serve every day.”
- Suzanne Sisneros, Executive Director AL
Part of the reason the Culture Values Assessment is so powerful is that it allows all team members in an organization to include their own personal values, as well as the current values of their workplace culture and the values they’d like to see at work.
It collects and analyzes this information to determine how aligned these three sets of values are. It then uses that data to calculate a culture score that reflects the organization’s health and strengths.
These results not only help determine which organizations earn the certification, but also help organizations thrive. They provide insight into areas of strength, growth opportunities, and how well people throughout the organization are aligned. The assessment also offers guidance for addressing areas of dysfunction and strengthening workplace culture.
“I have had the privilege of partnering with Christian Living Communities for many years, and what they have built is nothing short of extraordinary. Earning the World’s Best Culture is the result of leaders who show up every single day committed to their people. CLC is, without question, one of the finest organizations in senior living, and this recognition reflects exactly who they are.”
- Denise Boudreau, Founder & President of Drive
