During this event, Dementia Together will help equip care partners and families of people living with dementia with tools for daily care, confidence in managing dementia symptoms, strategies for maintaining emotional connection, and more.

Dementia Together’s services are grounded in the SPECAL® Method, considered the gold standard in person-centered, family-driven dementia care.

Avoid caregiver burnout with the right support. Join us as we laugh, cry, share, and learn from others walking the same path. Light refreshments will be served.

Caregiver Support Group is typically held monthly on the first Thursday of every month.

Memory Café is a welcoming place for individuals with Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia or brain disorders. Additionally, it is helpful for those with all forms of mild cognitive impairment.

A safe and comfortable space, Memory Café provides an opportunity for caregivers and their loved ones to enjoy delicious food, socialize, listen to music, provide mutual support and exchange information.
