Cappella of Grand Junction Earns the 2025 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights

We are honored to share that Cappella of Grand Junction’s assisted living neighborhood received the 2025 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights (formerly Pinnacle Quality Insight). This is the fourth time that we have been awarded this prestigious distinction.

The 2025 Customer Experience Award places Cappella of Grand Junction in the top 15% of more than 2,700 participating senior living communities nationwide. This year, we were recognized for outstanding communication and a positive move-in process.

About Activated Insights’ Customer Experience Award

The Customer Experience Award from nationally-renowned customer satisfaction firm Activated Insights recognizes senior care providers for creating a superior experience for the residents and families they support.

This award is particularly meaningful because it reflects the candid feedback and ratings from Cappella of Grand Junction residents, family members, and guests.

Throughout 2024, Activated Insights conducted monthly telephone interviews with members of our community. Unbiased, third party interviewers asked for participants’ ratings in various categories and asked open-ended questions to gain a deeper understanding of why they were providing. Residents, family members, and guests had the opportunity to share their honest feedback, and in their own words. Additionally, these responses were transcribed and shared with our leadership team, providing invaluable insight into where we are exceeding the expectations of community members and where we have opportunities for continued growth and improvement.
