Every day at Cappella of Grand Junction provides residents with a full set of opportunities to engage, mingle, learn, and grow.
We embrace each person’s individual journeys, experiences, and interests and our activity calendars are a reflection of each resident and our community as a whole. Our life enrichment programs promote autonomy and choice through residents’ active involvement in their development.
Every month, our calendars are built around five pillars of well-being: social connection, intellectual engagement, physical health, purposeful living, and spiritual growth. Each of the five pillars of wellness supports the others. For example, social connection is known to improve physical health, while spiritual growth and intellectual engagement can deepen one’s purpose.
