Through our holistic, personalized approach to memory care – Rhythms Dementia Services – we strive to create an environment that supports and encourages those on the dementia journey to live a full life. We learn each resident’s natural rhythms and take a whole-person approach to their care.
Rhythms Dementia Services was developed to provide care customized to those who are experiencing significant changes in the way the body and brain function. We understand that people living with Alzheimer’s or dementia experience the world differently, and we are focused on supporting residents to safely and successfully live a meaningful life.
We honor each resident and prioritize connection. Every resident has a unique story, as well as individual needs and desires. Our care partners form deep, personal relationships with residents and are trained to identify unmet needs. We take note and take care of the body, the spirit, and the mind, so that residents can live in harmony with their surroundings.

Our secure memory care neighborhood, Patterson, offers 26 private studios providing residents with a peaceful haven of their own.
Our innovative building design incorporates advancements in security and support for those with memory loss. Cappella of Grand Junction’s memory and dementia care residents enjoy comfortable services and amenities, including:

My loved one has lived at Cappella of Grand Junction for 29 months. It is not an easy transition from independence in one's home to assisted living/memory care. The staff at Cappella is kind and loving and have helped us all with the changes. We've been especially impressed with the quality of the facility, the daily activity schedule which ensures that he feels included and part of a community, and the level of care which continues to improve. Aging parents and end-of-life issues are not easy, but we've found so much support at Cappella. It ensures that my father can live his best life, given his situation. It also ensures that we enjoy visiting him, the other residents and the staff. What a welcoming and warm place.
We met Barbara during Oktoberfest, and she cordially invited us to sample the lunch menu when we came for a tour. This was the 4th Memory Care facility we looked at in the Valley, but it is the most outstanding! It is bright, well-decorated, cheery and clean. Their Waddell's restaurant on site serves such delicious food that we eat there often. We really like that the M/C area is on the ground level, and not in a basement. It is nice to meet the ones who live on the 2nd floor Assisted Living area as well. Everyone is great here, from the staff to the residents. So happy we found you!!
