At Cappella of Grand Junction, we’ve put a great deal of thought into the creation of our assisted living neighborhood. We offer 40 spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes and a wealth of inviting common spaces and amenities, including a full-service salon, and a wellness and therapy center.
No matter what level of assistance* is needed, we tailor a care plan to match each resident’s preferences, schedule, and lifestyle.
We provide customized support with daily activities, including:
- Bathing
- Bed-making
- Dressing and personal hygiene
- Transportation
- Medication management
- Meal preparation
- Housekeeping and maintenance
Because assisted living care is continually evolving, our dedicated team of professionals receives ongoing education on enhancing the lives of seniors. Moreover, we’re always seeking out the latest advancements in assisted living.
*Assessments are conducted prior to move-in, 30 days after move-in, and upon change of condition to determine residents’ required level of support, and can be offered annually upon request.
