Join us as Glenda Hamer-Garlitz, BSN/RN shares important self care tips and tricks. Glenda is passionate about the senior population and loves seeing the difference in the quality of life her patients experience once they start prioritizing their mental health.

As Program Director for Family Health West Hospital Senior Life Solutions, Glenda will share information on conflict management with valuable advice for navigating solutions in those “less than desirable” situations.

Caregiver Support Group is held monthly on the first Thursday of every month.

Memory Café is a welcoming place for individuals with Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia or brain disorders. Additionally, it is helpful for those with all forms of mild cognitive impairment.

A safe and comfortable space, Memory Café provides an opportunity for caregivers and their loved ones to enjoy delicious food, socialize, listen to music, provide mutual support and exchange information.
