Christian Living Communities in partnership with Jessica Luh Kim, a nationally acclaimed educator on Living Well with Dementia, has created an educational video to help connect the dots between the CLC Rhythms Approach to Dementia Services, the Eden Alternative Domains of Wellbeing and our CLC Citizenship Model. Be ready to shift your perceptions! Mark Timmons, with Dementia Action Alliance, also shares “What People Living with Dementia Want” and how we can support them.

This 1.5 hour session will include a one-hour video presentation from Jessica Luh Kim and Mark Timmons as well as a 30-minute group discussion around the domains of well-being and sharing of ideas on how to best support those living with dementia.

Dementia is not the end of my story, just an end to a chapter.

Caregiver Support Group is held monthly on the first Thursday of every month.

Memory Café is a welcoming place for individuals with Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia or brain disorders. Additionally, it is helpful for those with all forms of mild cognitive impairment.

A safe and comfortable space, Memory Café provides an opportunity for caregivers and their loved ones to enjoy delicious food, socialize, listen to music, provide mutual support and exchange information.
