Caregiver Support Group is typically held monthly on the first Thursday of every month.

Memory Café is a welcoming place for individuals with Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia or brain disorders. Additionally, it is helpful for those with all forms of mild cognitive impairment.

A safe and comfortable space, Memory Café provides an opportunity for caregivers and their loved ones to enjoy delicious food, socialize, listen to music, provide mutual support and exchange information.

The circle of life is inevitable, but you don’t have to navigate grief and security alone. Advance planning is the gift of peace of mind, ensuring your wishes and preferences are followed while helping your loved ones navigate through a difficult time.

Presenter Theresa Bloom has both practical knowledge and expertise in working with individuals and families, helping them with end-of-life planning and decision making.

Theresa has a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in organizational leadership. In addition, she supported her husband and mother in completing their end-of-life journeys. She is passionate about making this journey easier for others.

Lunch will be provided.
